This site is my public notebook about document systems and AI.
I work mostly in customer communication management, or CCM. That means document composition, transformation, delivery, accessibility, and the infrastructure around it.
A small template change can affect business rules, batch jobs, archives, delivery channels, and thousands of customer documents. The template is often the easy part.
I am especially interested in where CCM and AI meet:
- document quality checks that understand the business context,
- migration tooling for old templates and composition systems,
- accessibility workflows that are less manual,
- automation that saves developers and consultants real time,
- products based on problems from real projects.
I will use this place for technical notes, build logs, and opinions that are too long for chat.
